- Appointments
- Appointments are strongly recommended for major services. Short-notice calls are welcome, but availability isn't guaranteed.
- Cancellation / Rescheduling
- 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule, or the full charge will apply.
- Punctuality
- For in-studio services, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals will have that time deducted from the service.
- Privacy
- Clients are draped during treatments for professionalism and warmth. The treated area is uncovered only as needed, then re-covered. Undergarments may be worn.
- Payments
- Cash and EFT are accepted.
- Home Service
- Setup and consultation take about 15–20 minutes. Water and electricity access may be required, along with adequate space for equipment. Advance booking is recommended.
